A sumptuous knitwear addition as part of A.P.C.’s SS19 collection, the Ribbons Sweatshirt is made from merino wool dyed to a china blue colourway with a decorative woven design on the front. Knitted using an intarsia technique, this style has been designed by Paris based Pierre Marie especially for the season. The design shows a flurry of ribbons that begin at the shoulders and drop down to meet the hem, coloured in turquoise with black shadows and ‘A.P.C’ lettering added to the curves. Complementing the luxuriously soft finish, fine ribbed trims have been added at the curved neckline and sleeve cuffs, giving a slightly more fitted finish in these areas.
